Why am I blogging?

I really  don't know why I am blogging right now. I just have this idea in my head that in order to lose weight I should blog.  Exercise everyday and blog about it!! Sort of a motivation.  I do think that today is the day though that I should start some kind of Workout!  Walking the dogs and seeing my huge self in the car mirror is not what I want to gaze at  anymore.  I would like to be able to wear them nice clothes without worrying about my jelly roll showing.  So, BRING IT ONNNN!!!

My Goal is : to exercise everyday either  RUNNING, P90X, OR Wii and do weights at the mini gym.

The Plan is : to try not to eat rice everyday or if I do just limit it to a cup.
                     And oh the HARDEST thing to do....Stay away from drinking Thai Tea everyday.

Okay so tonight I shall start with P90X Aerobics.. will I do it? or will I be lazyyy?
